REPROBATE CITY COUNCIL PRESIDENT HAS GONE WAY DOWNHILL AFTER DEFACING PROPERTY IN MEDFORD TO CAMPAIGN FOR THE CITY COUNCIL

RICHARD F. CARAVIELLO LIED TO THE MEDFORD POLICE IN AN ATTEMPT TO STOP A JOURNALIST FROM INFORMING THE VOTERS, TAXPAYERS, CITIZENS, BUSINESSES, CIVIC GROUPS AND VISITORS TO MEDFORD of Caraviello’s wrongful conduct.

ALLEGEDLY HE LIED UNDER OATH IN CRIMINAL COURT AS WELL, JANUARY 31, 2017, THE SAME WEEK THAT EX POLICE CHIEF LEO A. SACCO JR’S SON JOSEPH SACCO WAS PULLED OVER FOR ALLEGED DRUNK DRIVING.

THIS ESSAY IS ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION, ROBERT’S RULES OF ORDER, THE OPEN MEETING LAW AND HOW MUCH SELF RESPECT MEDFORD CITIZENS HAVE FOR THEMSELVES ALLOWING THIS MALFEASANCE TO FESTER.

On May 11, 2021 it is alleged that Caraviello and rookie councilor, unkempt Isaac Bears, were out of bounds and out of order when there was mayhem (again) while a former city councilor attempted to express himself. In Medford they squelch free speech and freedom of the press, intentionally, fracturing the oath of office they take along with the 30k annually each. Ouch!

Who Is RRA ROBERT’S RULES OF ORDER!

The Robert’s Rules Association (RRA) is the partnership of direct descendants of General Henry Martyn Robert formalized in 1960 to manage and advance the Robert’s Rule of Order books and legacy.

The General authored the first version, a booklet, in 1876 to help provide order and fair play in meetings of deliberative assembles. He with several descendants and colleagues updated, expanded, and republished the book over the decades to become the primary parliamentary authority used for groups and boards of all kinds to govern their meetings. In the 1990’s, the RRA invited several parliamentary experts to join with Henry Martyn Robert III on the Authorship Team.

Why such low standards in Medford?

Adam Knight’s malarkey has gone on long enough at the Medford City Council and now on the streets, at the Bank of America at Mystic Ave on April Fool’s Day. But this is no joke.

The pathetic excuse for a city council vice president is a black eye on Medford with his temper tantrums and bullying, eradicating any sense of decorum in Alden Chambers.
