As of Tuesday, however, City Procurement Officer Louise Miller said the city had received one proposal to operate the station, from a website called Community Media Medford operated by Medford resident and former TV3 producer Joseph Viglione.

McGlynn said the city was still reviewing the proposal.

“We want to make sure we follow every step of the process all the way through and then we’ll make a decision based on what’s before us,” he said
