In light of a staff attorney at Boston City Hall in the news on Monday, 9/29/14 bringing to light the “ethics law prohibits government officials from voting on matters in which they or their families have a financial interest,” it makes City Council “president” Paul Camuso’s wrongful denial of this resident’s petition to discuss the suspicious pay raise Camuso, Fred Dello Russo, Jr. and Rick Caraviello voting themselves, with an additional vote to get more money from novice rookie councilor Adam Knight after only 3 weeks on the job. What a greedy money grab during these tough economic times.

RE: Request for Chief Sacco to approach Marian Ryan on Zappelli case

 Dear Police Chief Sacco:

With the Zappelli “false bomb threat” being considered by D.A. Marian Ryan’s office to be re-filed,  I implore you to contact D.A. Ryan and give support to pressing charges against Mr. Zappelli for his abuse of Comcast’s MadeinMedford.com site which he allegedly harassed people with.

Mr. Zappelli was allegedly in a meeting or meetings with Mayor McGlynn and Comcast regarding the very site he allegedly used for his terror campaign.  If true, it means Zappelli, a former board member of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., (hereinafter “MCC”) should be held to a higher standard when it comes to publishing on the public access internet site.   The FCC demanded Comcast comply with its rules for what I call “enhanced access” (Video on demand, Made in Medford) as a requirement when Comcast purchased NBC.  They never envisioned that someone they were allegedly working with would use the online video channel to blow a digital building up.

According to the Attorney General’s office there is some type of law enforcement currently investigating MCC, if I’m reading a response to my public record’s request correctly.

The long history of abuses at MCC TV3 is extremely ugly when viewed in its proper context:

—this journalist was attacked at a City Council meeting by Zappelli, MCC board member Matt Page Lieberman and the station manager, with your police department determining in the police report that I was the sole victim

April 27, 2010.

—The individual who warned me the night before (April 26) of an impending attack (though it was not known specifically when MCC would attack) – Sports host John Byers – was himself nearly arrested when Zappelli allegedly perpetrated the horrible “G Spot” incident at Stop & Shop, where Zappelli had the autistic man change the question from one about the Boston Red Sox to a sexually explicit question asking if the shoppers, all female, had a “G” spot.

Why Zappelli wasn’t prosecuted then for facilitating sexual harassment, and using an autistic person who didn’t understand the question, IS the question.

Another woman complained to City Solicitor Rumley about abuse by Gary Zappelli on TV3 over a decade ago, Solicitor Rumley allegedly reprimanded Zappelli.

And along with the Attorney General’s office investigating the finances (begging the question, did Zappelli utilize city co-owned equipment for his “false bomb threat” – cameras, computer programs and other resources) there’s Zappelli’s current arrest in Provincetown, July 8, 2014, after a sort of “Amber alert” for a 16 year old boy was issued, and after K-9, the Coast Guard and a State Police Helicopter were utilized, the teenager was found at the residence where Gary Zappelli was, with the teen telling police that Zappelli gave him at least 3 beers.  Giving alcohol to a minor.

That arrest is even more chilling in light of Zappelli having a convicted child rapist on his show, Zapp TV, on or about November 27, 2009. The convicted rapist – who admitted to having sex with a 14 year old and giving that child alcohol (sound familiar?) told the Medford Community that he was framed.

Zappelli told this writer at 40 Canal Street (around the year 2002) that the 14 year old victim was “a little hustler.”  Mr. Zappelli ignoring the fact that a 14 year old can’t consent.

What is troublesome is that Zappelli appears to be protected by Michael J. McGlynn, the Mayor, possibly because there is potential blow back on the Mayor if Zappelli goes to trial.  No one is above the law and that includes Michael J. McGlynn.

How did Gary Zappelli obtain the apartment at 75 Station Landing and now the very luxurious apartment at 21 Overlook Ridge Terrace, Revere?  He tells the judge he is on food stamps to obtain a public defender, yet he has lived in luxury while on food stamps.  There is something definitely wrong with the Zappelli picture, Chief Sacco.

As you know I filed a public records request with your department as a detective allegedly phoned Gary Zappelli when I filed a police report, the detective allegedly tipping Zappelli off.   You never responded to that public record’s request, and it is my understanding that the detective later spoke to Mr. Byers about the “G” spot episode; that detective may now have a different opinion of Mr. Zappelli.

As you know my car has been defaced, my reputation sullied, the Wikipedia page that was up about my career was molested and destroyed by Gary Zappelli and his alleged roommate. The threat to public safety posed by Zappelli’s misdeeds – which span two decades – is a clear and present danger.   If Zappelli walks from the false bomb threat charge he will be empowered to do even more damage to our community.

Yes, the statute of limitations has run out on some of the alleged Zappelli crimes, but, again, not bringing Zappelli to justice for the false bomb threat would just empower him to continue his harassment.

This website owned by Zappelli, “Gay Bostonians”  has a Hawaiian  shirt like the one I wear on my TV show or at the City Council hanging in a closet with the words:

“Future Home of Something Quite Cool”

The site also warns people under 18 not to enter.

I consider this a threat, psychological harassment by Zappelli.

Unbelievable that with Zappelli’s two arrests he continues to taunt and threaten.

I am requesting of you, Chief Sacco, to take this information as part of your “Quality policing through community involvement” and throw the book at Gary Zappelli.   For decades he has abused his position at the TV station to demean (the lascivious comment aimed at former soldier Jeanne Martin just one example,) Zappelli’s attacks on Doreen Wade, on Councilor Breanna Lungo-Koehn, on former councilor and now budget director Stephanie Burke, Zappelli’s attacks on Rick Caraviello and Robert Penta, attacks that were forbidden by the Internal Revenue Code, rules that Zappelli chose not to obey.

Zappelli’s intentional theft of copyrights (Regina Pizza – Food Network, Paramount Pictures’ Mommy Dearest”  etc. etc.) also show a pattern, all documented, all well-known, and all indicators of the serial terrorism exacted on this community by Gary Zappelli.

Chief Sacco, while Zappelli uses the cameras for vulgar, sophomoric and potentially criminal pranks (the attack on me April 27, 2010 just one glaring example) you witnessed this resident utilizing the camera to bring the public Medford Parking information re: the September 10, 2014 Committee of the Whole meeting which you attended.

You have seen me tape events of community interest, and you know I am a frequent speaker at the City Council.  Were I to die tomorrow (which we hope is not the case) there is no doubt that I have made a positive contribution to life in Medford.

Your job is to allow citizens to make positive contributions by apprehending those who interfere in our ability to live free, free from fear of being stalked and harassed by Zappelli, his alleged roommate, and the TV3 gang, Doria and Harvey Alberg, Ronald Delucia, Frank Pilleri, Arthur Alan Deluca, Matt Page Lieberman, etc.

Please urge D.A. Marian Ryan to press charges against Mr. Zappelli.

McGlynn’s failure to have an access TV station up and running for Election 2014

Where is Pat Jehlen?   The Senator – obviously -benefits from the censorship policies of Michael J. McGlynn.  Medford and its surrounding communities, Somerville, Arlington, Winchester, Malden, Stoneham all need to look at the situation with parking meters. It impacts all the surrounding communities in a big way.

Does anyone think                       ERIN DIBENEDETTO was going to solve the access TV problem?     Carl Sciortino?  Paul Camuso?

Not in this reality, or this lifetime.   Meanwhile we have it on good authority that – allegedly – five cronies from the dysfunctional MCC TV3 were supposed to give depositions and allegedly only Arthur Alan Deluca complied.  Furthermore, DeLuca told one of our sources that Frank Pilleri has finally decided to “distance” himself from the ex-webmaster of TV3 after the second arrest in a year.  Allegedly Deluca stated that “we” (the cronies from the dissolving TV3) “have all distanced ourselves from Gary except for the ex-manager.”  Paraphrased, heard from a third party.     We have plenty more on this issue that we’re not allowed to publish just yet, but do stay tuned.  More to come.                                                                               Pat Jehlen needs to take a stand on access television.  Where are you, Ms. Senator?

Charter Review #2 April 18, 2014

The Magoun Room at the Medford Public Library held a two hour meeting on Monday evening discussing Charter Review.  The petition drive is officially on.

The key here is that the citizens are building momentum with new faces showing up, tons of questions being asked, discussed and answered, and citizens arming themselves with the actual charter and learning how it can be modified, amended and changed.  

    SIGNATURE DRIVE

      Each attendee gave her or his name, a bit of information on what they do, and an expression of what improvements they would like to see in Medford, Massachusetts.   Dr. Storella made it clear, the priority has to be signatures, so a signature drive has begun.   But along with that signature drive comes the opportunity to awake the sleeping giant, the 57,000 plus citizens of Medford who don’t think there’s an opportunity to bring in real leadership. 

REAL LEADERSHIP 

   Michael J. McGlynn is truly the man behind the curtain. And as this summer snowball generates some steam and people start looking at the charter, start sharing information, start telling their friends and families and colleagues and business associates that something is happening, McGlynn’s Administration understands business as usual is not what it used to be.

     These are really adult education classes.  We learned that you can mix and match ideas from each form of government, you can amend a Plan A or even come up with a new idea to improve the community that isn’t in any of the plans currently on the books.   Jeanne Martin, notes/meeting minutes person, put a presentation together after she did research on the six forms of government in Massachusetts.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER  

    The citizens who have no voice are beginning to realize that freedom of speech, the First Amendment, is something that has to be fought for.  This writer has fought for public access television and now others understand that when you pay money for a service, you want to receive that service.  1.7 million dollars or so floated into Medford City Hall between 2010 and 2011 from the franchise fee(s) on the cable subscriber bills.  Where did that money go?  Should the Mayor have the “right” to distribute those monies as he sees fit with zero transparency ESPECIALLY when McGlynn runs around bragging about transparency.    Where are the Federal Investigators to ask McGlynn why he says the word “transparency” but does the opposite?  McGlynn offers transparency but runs from it.  Lip service is what the 27-year incumbent offers while infrastructur in Medford falls apart.  It matters not whether a million people read this essay tonight or only 50 or 60. We appreciate each page view, and with every page view the word gets out, word-of-mouth generates more hits, and people start arming themselves with information, the thing that frightents a 27-year incumbent. 

    There are other topics starting to emerge – water and sewer rates and how the Mayor uses the monies; residential parking, public access TV, potholes, empty storefronts, as citizens talk about the charter they bring up their other concerns.    People are talking in Medford.   There are twenty pages of notes from August 18, 2014.  More of the information will be disseminated in the coming days with a new date made available for Charter Review discussion #3. 

    Stay tuned for more in-depth reporting on the Monday night meeting at the Medford Public Library and the contributions from concerned residents who know that change is on the horizon, and is going to happen sooner than later.

Paul A. Camuso defended the actions of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. when now-Budget Director Stephanie Muccini Burke attempted to bring information forward to the City Council, with City Solicitor Mark Rumley by her side. They were blindsided by Camuso’s defiant allegiance to Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.  With the second arrest in a year of Council President Camuso’s dear friend, Gary Zappelli,  citizens are outraged. 

    After a manhunt for young 16 year old cadet, Bryson Alexander, on August 5, 2014, the same day that Zappelli was supposed to stand trial for a false bomb threat, the huge search – which consisted of K-9, Coast Guard and State Police helicopter resulted in finding the young man alive, along with his grandfather’s doggy – Onyx – at 3-5 Old Colony Way in Provincetown, where the former webmaster of embattled 501c3 Medford Community Cablevision was staying.  Allegedly, Zappelli admitted to the police that he gave the minor alcohol.  Council President Camuso’s alignment with Zappelli, as well as Mayor Michael J. McGlynn’s, MUST be scrutinized by voters.

PROVINCETOWN – A man living at the Old Colony Way residence where a missing teen was found Wednesday is facing charges. In video you’ll see only on Cape Wide News, Gary Zappelli, 50, of Revere, MA voluntarily goes with Provincetown Police to the station where he reportedly admitted to furnishing beer to the 16-year-old. Zappelli was arrested and charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor. He pleaded not guilty in Orleans District Court and was ordered to stay away from the 16-year-old. The boy’s disappearance touched off an intense search including a State Police helicopter and a K-9 dog. A Coast Guard boat also searched parts of Provincetown Harbor as well.

Developing story.  The crimes perpetrated against the city of Medford go further than Ronald Delucia, Harvey Alberg, Art DeLuca and Frank Pilleri not complying with taxpayer funded auditors at Melanson Heath & Co PC.    Mayor McGlynn allowed the raping of the access TV station to happen on his watch, ultimately McGlynn needs to be held responsible for the alleged malfeasance committed by those individuals who kept pushing the goal posts back hoping the statute of limitations would run out.  Anti-Slapp violations, no classes for kids to learn computers, failing to play a hockey game on the air, violating the Agreement with the city, losing a lawsuit MCC filed against the city and that troublesome 50 grand that Pilleri told Melanson Heath & Co was the “missing monies.” Well, Pilleri and his cronies lost the case.

Like, you want to put your money with an insurance company where the president of that company, Ronald DeLucia of 22 Coolidge Road, Medford, Massachusetts 02155 says to the Medford City Council that he’s “GUILTY OF SLOPPY BOOKKEEPING”    Isn’t that a betrayal of the public trust when those funds were not DeLucia’s?  Delucia was intentionally sloppy with money that was not his own, it came from Cable TV subscribers and Ronald DeLucia was nasty, vindictive, cruel, abusive and already had a black eye from being thrown out of Medford High School, allegedly.  And what teacher ever allegedly gets booted from a high school?  

Ron DeLucia at Ark Insurance, Stoneham BETRAYED THE PUBLIC TRUST at TV3 MEDFORD and must make RESTITUTION   

The untrustworthy Ronald DeLucia issued dirty language up at City Hall at a Mayoral candidate and a journalist.  Delucia’s foul mouth indicative of how unfairly he treated Medford residents, Delucia part of a conspiracy to hijack the access station so that he could proclaim himself “the Math Man” and a “Money Manager.”  Some money manager, the week of July 24, 2014 the Attorney General’s office DENIED the Money Managers (plural) request to dissolve the corporation they wrecked.  You know what that means!  The investigation is on.
